Carthage Marine Transport company values include being an active member of the community. As a company, CMT is a member of the
Carthage Chamber of Commerce, Missouri Motor Carriers Association and is an active supporter and sponsor for several youth
groups in the community.
As individuals, the staff of CMT is involved in several community activities such as volunteer group members, charity functions support,
board member of community groups and board member of local school district.
We believe that participation in community activities are necessary for a successful company to reach world class status.

Carthage Marine Transport hires only highly qualified, experienced, over the road drivers that can meet CMT's high standards of safety,
regulatory compliance, and customer service. CMT believes that only by hiring and retaining this type of premium owner operator and
driver, that our objective of providing premium quality boat hauling service to our customers can be attained. Our drivers are trained to
correctly and safely load and transport all type of boats, including sail boats and yachts. Our drivers realize that providing safe
transportation is only one part of their job and that a major part of their responsibility is to provide defect free, on time delivery of boats, to
our customers.

| | putting that valuable experience and knowledge to use supplying overall guidance and long range planning for the company. His input is also utilized in setting up management, technical, and information systems for the boat transport company.

 | | Gloria Gubser, Personnel & Safety Manager. Gloria handles matters pertaining to the personnel & safety areas as well as other |
| | critical administration duties. Gloria has several years experience in related fields with other companies prior to CMT.

 | | Travis Gubser, General Manager. Travis handles the sales focus of the operation as well as scheduling and matching customer |
| | requirements with CMT boat hauling equipment and driver capacity. Travis is also responsible for insuring each shipment meets all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Shipping a boat properly is the main objective for Travis.

 | | Elizabeth Bourg, Finance Manager. Elizabeth recently started with CMT after receiving her finance degree from Missouri State |
| | University. Her education background qualifies her for the responsibilities involved in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general finance and accounting as well as setting up and administration of all company management reporting systems.

Carthage Marine Transport Professional Support
CMT fleet of trucks, special low-profile trailers, and other equipment supplied by Carthage Marine Transport and CMT owner operators, are
specifically designed for, modified, or retrofitted in order to accomplish the specific job of safely transporting our customers boats. Our new
trucking terminal was built in 2005 and includes offices for Carthage Marine Transport and a shop for CMT truck and trailer maintenance.
Transporting boats is our business, our only business, and all support activities and equipment are purchased, designed, and coordinated
to ship boats in the most efficient manner while meeting our customer's requirements.
